the exams are finally over! :D

ok so theres still mother tongue left, but i dont consider that an exam. especially since we dont study for it at all :P

so unfair, the hcl people are ending half an hour later than the cl people! they better keep those cl people in the hall man... if not they sure make a lot of noise when they go out, and since i'll be writing feverishly at that time, i dont want a single distraction!

well the exams this time suddenly got harder... its truly a race against time. how does this test our knowledge exactly? its more like testing how fast we can recall and apply stuff. that doesnt test what we've learnt. totally aint fair.

besides the whole concept of exams is screwed up. first of all, what is the objective of exams? any teacher would tell you its to test you on how well you understand what you've been taught. of course, whether you've been taught is a different matter altogether.

back to the point, since we're testing what we've supposedly been taught, shouldnt that mean we shouldnt study before exams? after all, if we mug the entire syllabus before the exams, doesnt that show that we havent learnt anything from the entire year's lessons? its just like our digestive system. we just gobble everything down. then come the exam, we vomit everything out. what's left of it gets defecated. quite retarded isnt it?

the attitude teachers and students alike should have towards exam is an extremely relaxed one. so during the exam we're truly tested on the knowledge we've picked up. and if the student doesnt do well, clearly the teacher isnt doing his job :D then the teacher should get retained XD bwahahaha!

heh just one of my aimless rants. please go on with your life as per normal, fretting everytime it nears an exam, mugging all you can, and having the cause of poor performance being placed entirely on our shoulders, while our teachers smugly dodge this responsibility even if they're slacking, like having a swimming lesson during your practical or staying back till 7 to play with paper aeroplanes.

oh and a more important note, i'm not emo anymore, that was just a short-lived 1-day flair. haha XD now i know why all the famous poets are depressed ones :P
